This site is an online show case of my time in the design industry to date. I graduated from The Surrey Institute of Art & Design with a degree in Graphic Design and have now gained membership to the Chartered Society of Designers.
As a very experienced individual in all aspects of design from print, branding and corporate identity to web design and the ability to use all major software has led me to become the current Senior Digital and Print Designer at AmicusHorzion. AmicusHorzion is a non for profit organisation that manages over 28,000 homes and offer housing solutions from general needs clients and housing for people with care and support issues. As the lead London-based designer for AmicusHorzion I am continually analysing and interpreting briefs and information in order to recommend design solutions in line with the brand. Having helped developed an AmicusHorizon style for print, web and all new media formats, I have gain much valuable experience, not only in policy and procedure setting but also print procurement and contract management. Previous to this I was the Design and production editor at Osney media. I work with all aspects of the business from corporate communication to HR journals and conference material. Finding my day fast paced and the demands of the role changing daily I like the breadth of what is achieved, it’s hugely satisfying. Being able to focus on both financial and HR magazine allows me the opportunity to really develop lots of different styles which can be called upon when tackling design issues in any industry. Formerly with Telcap publishers of Capacity Magazine, producing branding, marketing and high quality international, reports. Having learnt here to not only take art direction but also to provided it, confidence grew and more importantly an ability to communicate with passion and understanding of a subject. Previous to that I was with Mot Juste Creative Consultancy I was worked on two residents magazines for local authorities as well as a number branding and PCT projects.
